Campground Rules/Policies

Our camping season starts Thursday, May 23rd, 2024, through Monday September 2nd, 2024. Seasonal sites will run from May 1st through October 1st, weather permitting. 

All Warrior Cabins (future development) will be closed to off season camping. Wandering Ridge Cabins (future development) will be available during off season on a reservation monthly basis only. 

Water is shut off to main shower house on October 1st. The secondary shower house will be available year-round for campground guests only.

Check-in Time: 2:00 pm. We have many common areas and plenty of green space for your waiting convenience.  Check-out Time is Noon with no late check-outs available.

Short-term stays (less than 30 days) are for tent camping only.  No cabins, yurts, or RV spots will be available for short term stays at this time.  Reservation must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made and there will be no refunds.  

Seasonal Spots

When reserving a seasonal site you must secure the spot with a deposit of 30% of the total reservation price. 2024 total seasonal site rent is $3000. Another 30% of total reservation price will be due on January 1st of the rental year with the remaining balance due by March 1st of the rental year.

Seasonal sites include water and sewer. Electricity is available via a meter. A $100 deposit for electricity is required. Electric meters will be read monthly on the last Saturday of each month. We expect payment for your electricity by the second Saturday of the following month. Please be mindful of your electrical usage during the times you are away and pay your bill promptly.

Seasonal Site will forfeit entire deposit paid to date upon cancellation.

General Campground Rules

Camping can be fun if everyone is considerate of others.

Any person found violating any of the rules shall be subject to immediate removal with no refund.

Quiet time- 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Picnic, dock and beach areas close at 10 p.m. Please respect these closing times.

No violent, immoral, abusive, loud or obscene conduct will be allowed.

Cutting trees or branches is not allowed without permission. Doing so, could result in a fee being charged. 
For your convenience firewood is available for purchase at the lodge.

Dispose of garbage into containers provided.

Swimming is only at one’s own risk. 

Diving and jumping from the dock area is strictly prohibited. NO hanging on buoys or ropes or you will be asked to leave swimming area. Buoys and ropes are in place for the swimming safety of our youngest guests. 

Please accompany your children 12 and under to the beach area.

Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only and must be under supervision at all times. 

Campfires may be banned under certain conditions and notices will be posted. 

Fire rings are for wood only. No garbage, diapers, cans, bottles, etc. should be thrown or left in fire ring. 

Please leave your camping area tidy upon departure.

No non-registered visitors or non-registered vehicles shall be allowed in park or campsite after 10 p.m. 

Please use overflow parking and attach parking pass for all extra vehicles. No parking in ditches or other areas of the campground. 

We do not charge a fee for guests of our guests. We do ask that they are registered. We need a head count in the unlikely event of a natural disaster.

Please do not leave your children (age 12 and under) unattended.

Seasonal guests must register each season, sign a lease agreement and follow all park rules.

Pets

Pets are allowed provided they are kept on a leash.

Please ensure that your pets are fully vaccinated before your stay.

Pets must be attended at all times.

Campers who leave pets unattended and pets that bark excessively will be warned and it will be asked that you remove your pet from the campground. If barking persists; campers will be asked to leave with no refund.
Pets are not allowed in the camp store or in shower houses.

Please remember to clean up after your pets.

There will be a $150 pet deposit for camping cabins on the Wandering Ridge of which $50 is nonrefundable.

Cabins will be inspected upon departure.

We create these rules so everyone can have an enjoyable stay.
